ALIGN ABLE REPLACEMENT CERAMIC TIPS INSTRUCTION PROCEDURE "The Technical Source!"
1.)  Use a small screwdriver to assemble both tips loosely.       Do not tighten until properly aligned per steps 2 and 3. 2.)  Vertical Tip Length Alignment:  With new tips on handles,        hold tweezer vertically with the tips on a solid surface (Fig. 1).       Apply gentle downward pressure and firmly tighten the screw       on the handle with the two oval holes. 3.)  Horizontal Tip Alignment:  Close the tweezer and hold the tips       between your fingers (Fig. 2).  Firmly tighten the screw on the       handle with one oval and one round hole.
