TDI has developed an economical, reliable solid state sensor system that accurately controls humidity and reduces nitrogen consumption in desiccators. The Nitro-Save® significantly reduces the nitrogen required to maintain pre-set RH%. It includes a solenoid control valve and internal sensor system to regulate nitrogen flow in response to the high humidity set point.

Bonding wire manufacturers recommend storage of wire with spools upright to avoid wire sag on the spool. These bonding wire storage desiccators provide this spool orientation feature as well as clean/dry nitrogen atmosphere protection.

TDI nitrogen storage cabinets are designed for in line nitrogen or clean dry air (CDA) source to assure adequate gas pressures (PSI - source to cabinet) and adequate gas volume for continued humidity control operation of the desiccator.
