TDI's Stainless Steel Desiccator Cabinets provide clean/durable construction for high-density storage for both cleanroom applications. Stainless Steel Storage Cabinets are designed for maximum weight capacity and long term durability.

TDI nitrogen storage cabinets are designed for in line nitrogen or clean dry air (CDA) source to assure adequate gas pressures (PSI - source to cabinet) and adequate gas volume for continued humidity control operation of the cabinet.

Reel/Magazine, Wafer Fab Quartz Tool, and Chemical Container Storage are ideally suited for these Stainless Steel Desiccators.

TDI has developed an economical, reliable solid state sensor system that accurately controls humidity and reduces nitrogen consumption in desiccators. The Nitro-Save® significantly
reduces the nitrogen required to maintain pre-set RH%. It includes a solenoid control valve and internal sensor system to regulate nitrogen flow in response to the high humidity set point.
