NITRO-SAVE HUMIDITY CONTROL MONITOR
Accurately Controls Pre-Set Relative Humidity (+/- 2% RH)
Reduces Nitrogen Consumption to 90% (20%RH) In Many Applications

TDI's Nitro-Save® Humidity Control Monitor is an economical, reliable sensor instrument that accurately controls pre-set relative humidity (+/-2%RH) in TDI Desiccator Cabinets.  Ultra Nitro-Flow compartment flow-throughs allow for a single Nitro-Save® required for multiple compartment desiccators.

TDI Desiccator Ultra Nitro-Flow System

All TDI Acrylic Desiccators are constructed with Ultra Nitro-Flow compartment flow-throughs, which achieve a single pressure and atmosphere condition throughout the desiccator.  This unique design allows maximum gas flow in both the vertical and horizontal directions and reduces higher moisture humidity conditions between compartments.

This flow design allows for a single automatic bleeder valve per multiple compartment cabinet and eliminates the need for expensive outlet valves for each compartment, required in typical competitor cabinets.  The bleeder valve is located in the bottom of the lowest compartment and serves as an efficient outlet drain for the heavier high moisture atmosphere within the cabinet.  This design also allows for a single #HM40 Nitro-Save® Humidity Control Monitor sensor system for multiple compartment desiccators.

TDI's static dissipative acrylic desiccators provide complete electo static discharge protection for ESD sensitive cleanroom and assembly component storage.  The static dissipative acrylic material offers a surface resistivity of 106-108 Ohms/sq. and the desiccators cannot be tribocharged when properly grounded.

These static dissipative acrylic desiccators offer stainless steel shelves, racks and plates which are common grounded to the desiccator and wire connected to hard ground.  The stainless steel plates are recommended to enhance grounding and protect from abrasion when cabinet floor is utilized as a shelf.

All TDI Desiccators utilize 1/4" static dissipative acrylic, an inherently inert and clean material [non out-gassing].  Competitive brands are often constructed using less expensive polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polypropylene or polycarbonate materials with plasticizers present, which can contaminate cabinet contents.

Selecting Your Desiccator Model
The desiccator selection process involves building the desiccator around the contents to maximize storage capacity and minimize workstation or floor space utilization.  Additionally, the selection of the best features and options to assure complete protection of the storage contents is essential in the desiccator building process.
In selecting the desiccator model, size and features, the storage contents dimensions [width / depth / height], weight and quantity should be calculated.  This information will assist in the selection of the model and desiccator dimensions for storage.

TDI is a leader in the industry for custom desiccator designs.  Our desiccator cabinet designer will work directly with you to assure complete satisfaction.  Contact TDI for Custom Width / Depth / Height Requirements
