These Wafer Storage Desiccator Cabinet provides high density storage of up to 8" silicon wafer carriers in a clean nitrogen environment. For Wafer Containers 11"W x 11"D x 10" H Maximum.

TDI nitrogen storage cabinets are designed for in line nitrogen or clean dry air (CDA) source to assure adequate gas pressures (PSI - source to cabinet) and adequate gas volume for continued humidity control operation of the cabinet.
