TDI has developed an economical, reliable solid state sensor system that accurately controls humidity and reduces nitrogen consumption in desiccators. The Nitro-Save® significantly reduces the nitrogen required to maintain pre-set RH%. It includes a solenoid control valve and internal sensor system to regulate nitrogen flow in response to the high humidity set point.

These Wafer Storage Desiccator Cabinet provide high density storage of up to 8" silicon wafer carriers in a clean nitrogen environment. For Wafer Containers 11"W x 11"D x 10" H Maximum.

TDI nitrogen storage cabinets are designed for in line nitrogen or clean dry air (CDA) source to assure adequate gas pressures (PSI - source to cabinet) and adequate gas volume for continued humidity control operation of the desiccator.
