Nitro-Save Humidity Control Monitor Retro-fit Kit

 1.  Remove flow meter elbow
 2.  Determine the location for your Nitro-Save® Unit. 
           a.  For even numbered compartments place the Nitro-Save® on the second compartment 
                down from the top (as shown below).
           b.  For odd numbered compartments place the Nitro-Save® on the middle compartment
  3.  Drill and tap bracket holes for Acrylic Monitor Holder (#36 Drill Bit and 6-32 Tap)
  4.  Drill hole for "Nitro-Save®" sensor probe (Step Drill Bit)
  5.  Drill and tap spool hole (5/32" Drill Bit)
  6.  Mark the location for your electronic valve on the side of the plenum chamber as shown below.
  7.  Remove cabinet from stand and set on flat surface.
  8.  Remove back wall.
  9.  Drill a hole in the side wall for the electronic valve.  (Step Drill Bit)
10.  Attach electronic valve as shown below.
11. Clean the debris from the plenum chamber and re-install the back wall.
12. Hold the monitor against the sidewall with the probe inserted into the hole.
13. Place the bracket over the monitor and secure the bracket with the four screws.
14. Connect the wires as shown in the diagram below.  Wrap excess length around the spool.
15. Trim the air tubing to the correct size and attach tubing & elbow as shown in the diagram below.
16. Use wire ties as needed to neatly hold wires and tubing.
