"CP" Conductive PEEK - Switzerland
ESD safe conductive material - surface resistivity - 105 Ohm/sq.  PEEK (Polyetheretherketone) is very hard & rigid with very high wear resistance.  High heat capability 200-230°C.  Excellent resistance to chemicals & aggressive agents.  Typical applications include handling of components in  cleaning / chemical / assembly processes.

"CF" Conductive Carbofib - Switzerland
ESD safe conductive material - surface resistivity - 102 Ohm/sq.  Carbo-Fib tip "CF" tweezers are temperature resistant 130-190°C.  Very high rigidity, low friction, excellent wear and abrasion resistance.  Good chemical resistance; not resistant to strong acids, alkalis and hot water or steam.  Typical applications include handling & positioning of electronic components & devices.

"DK" Static Dissipative PEEK - Switzerland
Static dissipative - surface resistivity 107-109 Ohm/sq.  "DK" PEEK tweezers are very hard and rigid with a higher heat capacity of 260-300°C.  Excellent resistance to chemicals, aggressive agents and thermal aging.  Typical applications include handling of EOS/ESD sensitive components and handling of components during thermal, chemical and soldering processes.

"DK" PEEK tweezers are extensively ESD tested including "Peak Transient Current Discharge" analysis 
for Class 0 CDM compliance.

"TD" Static Dissipative Polymer - Switzerland
Static dissipative - surface resistivity - 107- 109 Ohm/sq.  "TD" Polymer tweezers are very hard and rigid.  High heat capability 200-230°C.  Excellent chemical resistance to organic solvents, oils, grease, fuels, acids and alkalis.  Very low moisture absorption.  Typical applications include handling of EOS/ESD sensitive components and handling of components during thermal, chemical and soldering processes.  

"TD" Polymer tweezers are extensively ESD tested including "Transient Current Discharge" analysis for Class 0 CDM compliance.

"PD" Static Dissipative Polymer - Switzerland
Static dissipative - surface resistivity - 107- 109 Ohm/sq.   "PD" Polymer tweezers are very hard and rigid.  High heat capability 200-230°C.  Excellent chemical resistance to organic solvents, oils, grease, fuels, acids and alkalis.  Very low moisture absorption.  Typical applications include handling of EOS/ESD sensitive Disk Drive components and handling of components during thermal, chemical and soldering processes.  

"PD" Polymer tweezers are extensively ESD tested including "Transient Current Discharge" analysis to meet critical Disk Drive industry requirements.

Polymer material utilized in "PD" polymer tweezers/tips is extensively contamination tested to assure Disk Drive industry specification standards compliance prior to approval and release to production.  

All "PD" tweezers, tips & shipping trays are pre-cleaned to meet the critical surface contamination requirements of the Disk Drive Industry.  These cleaned tweezers and tips are packaged in cleaned Static Dissipative molded trays then vacuum sealed in conductive bags approved by our Disk Drive customers for material and surface Contamination compliance.  Fully molded tweezers are similarly cleaned to meet the critical surface Contamination requirements of the Disk Drive Industry and bulk packaged in vacuum sealed conductive bags [50 molded tweezers per package].

"DG" Insulative Delrin Glass Filled - Switzerland
Delrin glass filled "DG" tweezers offer good wear & abrasion resistance, low moisture absorption.  Good chemical resistance to oils, grease, fuels & organic solvents.  Not resistant to strong acids, alkalis and oxidizing agents.  Good hydrolytic resistance (hot water).  Typical applications include handling of scratch sensitive components such as ceramic and glass devices, smd and wafers.
