TDI CHAIRS MAKE THE FOLLOWING WARRANTY TO THE ORIGINAL CUSTOMER THAT ITS PRODUCTS WILL BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP. Mechanical and structural parts are guaranteed to perform properly for a period of five (5) years when weight capacities are not exceeded. Maximum weight capacities are as follows: 30 series through 80 series is 300 pounds, all office series chairs is 300 pounds and Intrepid Intensive Use chairs is 450 pounds. Cushions including fabric, vinyl, foam and workmanship are guaranteed to be serviceable with normal usage for a period of five (5) years. C.O.M. (Customer's Own Material) fabrics are not included in this warranty, as well as punctures or cuts in material. Any components of TDI Chairs, covered by this warranty, which fails within five (5) years after the receipt of goods will be repaired or replaced at the option of TDI Chairs. No implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, extend beyond the terms of these expressed warranties. These warranties do not apply to any products which have been repaired or altered in any way so as to impair performance or reliability, nor to products which have been subject to misuse, abuse, neglect or accident or which have been damaged in transit. TDI Chairs will not be liable, under any circumstances, for incidental or consequential damages (including without limitation, lost profits) arising in connection with the sale, use, inability to use, repair or replacement, of TDI Chair products other than that portion or the repair or replacement outlined in this warranty. In the event of claim, customer shall notify the field representative informing them of Serial Number of chair and nature of defect. Replacement part will be shipped to customer within normal lead time. This Warranty stated herein is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. | |
