| TDI'S STATIC DISSIPATIVE ACRYLIC DESICCATORS provide the highest quality and durable construction to meet the requirements for cleanroom component and assembly storage applications. All TDI
desiccator storage cabinets utilize 1/4" acrylic material which is inherently inert and will not out-gas plasticizers which may contaminate desiccator contents.
All TDI acrylic desiccators are constructed with our Ultra Nitro-Flow® compartment flow-thrus which achieve a single pressure condition throughout the cabinet. This allows for a
single N2 automatic bleeder valve required per cabinet.
The new Nitro-Save® Humidity Control Monitor provides an optional feature to substantially minimize nitrogen consumption. A hygrometer is also
available for manual control of nitrogen flow. Manual flowmeter nitrogen control of RH in desiccators. Ultra Nitro-Flow® compartment
flow-thrus allows for a single Nitro-Save® Humidity Control Monitor required for multiple compartment desiccators.
Desiccators also include as options heavy-duty stainless steel shelves, plates and racks. Stainless
Steel plates enhance grounding and protect from static dissipative acrylic floor surface abrasion when cabinet floor is
utilized as an additional shelf. Tightly sealed doors/compartments with inset closed cell neoprene gasket
seal to minimize nitrogen consumption for relative humidity control.
The static dissipative plenum chamber option includes a removable static dissipative acrylic back plenum wall.
Larger desiccators are available with heavy-duty painted steel or stainless steel stands with lockable casters or leg levelers. |
