| Vacuum Desiccators provide one cubic foot of contamination and corrosion free space for cooling, drying and storage of moisture sensitive materials including thin layer chromatography plates, halide salt cells for IR spectrophotometers and chemical standards. Cabinet is vacuum tested to 29 inches of mercury. A vacuum source and optional granular desiccant are recommended for operation (not included) |

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

- 1-PIECE FIBERGLASS BODY is durable, seamless and easy to clean.
- 3-WAY VACUUM RELEASE needle valve allows for slow vacuum release and refilling with a
dry nitrogen gas.
Valve accommodates 1/4" (6.4mm) ID vacuum tubing,
- SUPPORT STAND is included and an optional Stacking Rack allows Desiccators to be stacked.
- STAINLESS STEEL DESICCANT PAN holds Driertite* or other granular desiccant agent.
- TWO REMOVABLE ALUMINUM SHELVES with twelve 7/8" (22mm) holes and nine molded in shelf supports allow for flexible shelf arrangements.
- SIDE HINGED DOOR has a fully gasketed, clear tempered safety glass window which provides an unobstructed view.
*Cabinet can be inverted to allow for left-hand opening. |
