Acrylic Isolation Gloveboxes – Labs/Cleanrooms
TDI Acrylic and Static Dissipative Isolation Gloveboxes provide the highest quality and most durable construction to meet the requirements for a clean, dry work environment for cleanroom, laboratory and electronic assembly materials and components.
All TDI Acrylic Gloveboxes utilize 1/4″ acrylic, an inherently inert and clean non out-gassing material. Glove boxes feature a 10″ x 10″ left side access door, 8″ diameter glove ports and a removable right side panel for a pass-through option as may be required later. Also a removable acrylic back plenum wall is a standard feature for easy access to place or remove larger objects. Larger models are available with heavy-duty painted steel, stainless steel or electro polished stainless steel stands with lockable brakes or leg levelers.
TDI’s Nitro-Save® Humidity Control Monitor is a solid state sensor system for accurately controlling pre-set relative humidity [±2% at 5-80%RH] and reduce nitrogen consumption up to 90% (20%RH) in many applications
Static Dissipative Acrylic Gloveboxes provide complete electrostatic discharge protection for ESD sensitive environments. For these static dissipative acrylic gloveboxes stainless steel floor plates are recommended as an option to enhance grounding and protect the static dissipative acrylic surface from abrasion. These plates are common grounded to the glovebox and wire connected to hard ground.
TDI’s gloveboxes are for ambient temperature applications and are not designed to be used with hazardous or explosive materials and are not FDA certified.
